Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Jason, a personal AI assistant. By creating an account or connecting an integration (such as Google), you agree to these terms.
The service
Jason is a beta product under active development. Features, availability, and behavior may change without notice, and Jason may make mistakes — always review anything Jason drafts or sends on your behalf before treating it as final, especially emails and calendar changes.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and any paired devices secure.
- You're responsible for what you authorize Jason to do, including any third-party integrations (Gmail, Calendar, or others) you connect.
- You can disconnect any integration or delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Jason to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or content that violates Google's or any connected service's own terms.
- Access accounts or data you're not authorized to access.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service's infrastructure.
- Do anything unlawful with the access Jason is granted.
Sensitive actions. Jason is built to ask before taking consequential actions (like sending an email) rather than doing so silently. You're still responsible for reviewing what it proposes — treat Jason as an assistant, not an autonomous decision-maker for anything with real-world consequences.
No warranty
Jason is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As a beta product, it may be unavailable, incomplete, or wrong at times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jason and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including actions Jason takes based on instructions you gave it.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violation of these terms, or for abuse of connected third-party services (such as Google's own policies).
